Baby BREECH / SONGSANG

TARIKH :: 14/02/2013
MINGGU HAMIL :: 34 MINGGU 5 HARI
TEMPAT :: KKIA KAMPUNG PANDAN
Macam biasa Appmnt dengan KKIA, check air kencing, berat n BP...BP mcm biasa la, kejap okey kejap x..arini BP naik sket, sbb tggu lama sangat kot ++ ramai org, pening jadinyer, huhuuuu.. Nurse cek perut bagai pastu kne jumpe doktor..arini doktor scan perot ckp baby kita songsang plak..xpasal dpt surat suruh g refer O&G kat Hospital Ampang ( sebab nak bersalin kat sana)..huhuuu..susah hatinyer hanya ALLAH je yang tau, tp buat buat cool jela kan takkan nak gelabah itik (gelabah itik??) huhuuuu..

Balik dr KKIA terus google pasal Breech/Songsang...Ngadu kat hubby, SMS emak, SMS kakak (dia ad pengalaman breech), habis semua org ditanya... Doktor kat KKIA ad bg tau kalu baby songsang dia ad 2 kaedah.

1. Proses ECV ( External Cephalic Version) dokter pakar akan pusingkan baby dlm perot nie... risikonyer boleh sebabkan tali pusat terbelit kat baby, rahim pecah, pendarahan, dll.. proses nie diorg bt kat dlm Operation room, if apa apa jadi diorg akan terus buat operation untuk selamatkan baby n emaknyer...


2. Bersalin secara Ceaser.... huhuuuu... Kalau boleh semua org xmau bersalin Ceaser kan, waktu bersalin mmg la xsakit, tp lepasnyer tu..??? diorg la kata, kite xde pengalaman lagi...

APP. PAKAR O&G  :: 22/02/2013 (8:00 a.m)
TEMPAT :: HOSPITAL AMPANG
MINGGU HAMIL :: 35 MINGGU 6 HARI

Sampai sampai terus daftar kat kaunter, kebetulan sampai xramai orang so cepat ler siap..xyah amik nomnor pon..hehehe.. nthen g tros kat bahagian pakar O&G, letak buku pink n kad appoinment.. dapat nombor giliran, sementara tunggu nombor tu g la chek BP, Air kencing n berat..so far semua okey jer, Alhamdulillah.. maybe sebb cepat kot, klu lmbt mau gak darah tinggi ak naik.. kikiki..

Giliran saya dah sampaii!! oh debor jer rase...hehehhe..Doktor tnya mcm2 soalan kat saya, tanya last period saya ble..(memang x ingatla kannn)..kenapa BP sy kejap ok kejap x...bla bla bla... pastu g check/scan baby.. eh eh! kepala baby dah kat bawah!! Alhamdulillah...tp x masuk laluan lagi la, doktor kata awal lagi.. maybe baby boleh pusing2 lagi... nthen doktor bt untuk next appoinment tunggu 37minggu..

** Apa2 pun syukur Alhamdulillah... berkat Doa n Usaha memujuk baby supaya kepala tu kasik turun.. nak petua ke??? kikiki....

1. Banyak Baca surah Mariam..
2. Zikir doa nabi Yunus.. Laa ilahailla anta subhanakaainnikuntu minazolimin...
3. Senaman sujud.... Buat kaedah seperti bersujud sekurang2nyer setiap 10 minit..nak bt brape kali tu ikot
    la korg kan...
4. cakap cakap kat baby, pujuk dia supaya x songsang..tp jgn paksa dia lak... ad setengah kes bby mmg
    xboleh pusing sebb tali pusat dia pendek..ad jugak sebb kaki baby tu panjang..kang paksa takot jadik
    bende lain lak...cian diaaaaa...


APP. PAKAR O&G  :: 06/03/2013 (9:00 a.m)
TEMPAT :: HOSPITAL AMPANG
MINGGU HAMIL :: 37 MINGGU 4 HARI

 Kalini lame laaaa nak tunggu...ramaiiii!! daftar je dah setengah jam! grrrr... diri plak tu tunggu! chek urine pon tunggu lame gak, toilet boleh guna 1 jer! sorg masuk dah 10 minit... mulakan chek BP ak tinggi... huhuuuu.. ble dah tinggi tu mula la nak chekup ak bnyak kali...

tunggu doktor panggil dekat nak sejam...pastu tibe2 name ak kne panggil, semangat nih! sbb dah tunggu lame n ak pon dah ngntokkk... rupe2nyer doktor ajak ak n beberapa org yang lain g dengar ceramah pasal menyusu...adeeehhhhh... time x baik betol la dok tu bt ceramah... ad la dekat stgh jammm..

pkol 10.30 mcmtu doktor baru panggil...chek ap semua baby okey, alhamdulillah... cuma dia heran BP ak xla tinggi sgt, tp doktor kat KKIA selalu suh ak bt weekly BP...nthen dia suruh jer chek tiap2 minggu jugak, takot jadi pape...dannnn tunggu jugak result darah ak kluar.. klu darah ak normal, boleh ler ak bersalin normal mcm org lain... klu tak, ak xboleh overdue date dr tarikh jangkaan ak bersalin tu..kne INDUCE katanyerrrrr.... xkesahhh laaaaaaa, dapat bersalin Normal + baby n ak selamat bersalin pon dah syukur saaaangaaattttt~

Doktor suh tunggu kat luar, nnt dia panggil... setengah jam tunggu, sister panggil..Chek BP lg skali...

tunggu lagi setengah jam, sister panggil lagi skali... Chek BP lagi!!! masa tu hubby dah ngntuk... hampir jadi HULK!! huhuuuu..lame giler kannn...

Setengah jam kemudian doktor plak panggil... bg tau ak pasal BP, dia kat tinggi sket la..sbb bhagian jantung ak tinggi.. 130/90...asyik 90 jer ak pnyer...last chek kali ke tiga tu BP ak 135/90..mne x tinggi, dah bengang tunggu lame! grrrrrrr....

tunggu nme lagiiiii, nak amik kad merah balik...tunggu sister panggil name berejam!! abis jmpa dok dkt 12.30, tunggu pnyer tunggu nme kne panggil dekat nak pkol 1.30!! ak dah lapar!! dah xtahan ak tros g tnya ak pnyer kad lme lg ker?? ak nak cepat...baru la dia bg kad ak tu... cissssss~ hubby smpai tertidur kat sofa.. mujur dia tidur, kalu dia jadi HULK?? bertambah tinggi BP aku..huhuuuu... 4jam buang mase gitu jer kat situ...

**yang penting baby ak sihat n xsongsang lagi..skrang BP jer kne kawal.. harapnyer semua okey, selamat n sihat sejahtera... klu boleh ak nak bersalin normal mcm orng lain... Insyaallah..semua dengan kehendah ALLAH...

    Saya dulu pun pernah buat ECV. Alhamdulillah berjaya. Pengalaman yang tak dapat dilupakan. Masa tu dah siap bawa set bersalin ke dalam kereta kot2 terbersalin lepas buat ECV boleh terus balik rumah mak untuk berpantang, tapi minggu ke 40 baru bersalin :)
